What guests loved:
The location is great. Close to the Underground U1 line Maillingerstraße, which was just 500 meters away. The hotel room was modern and pleasant. Nice cozy balcony on the 1st floor, not much of a view...

The room was cozy and had everything necessary. Reception works 24/7.

The room was pretty narrow but I guess that's what it takes for a one person room.

The room is great for the money. The radiators are somewhat "dated" yet one may control the temperature.
Areas for improvement:
Parking 15 euros per night. Feel free to find the place in the neighborhood - it is free at night (23-9).
